CHRD and FAFG seek to build local capacities for truth justice and reconciliation

CHRD together with FAFG (Forensic Anthropology foundation of Gauetamala) organized three programs in Jaffna, Mannar and Batticolao respectively from April 27 to May 1. The objective of this introductory program is to call for application to build up local capacities for truth, justice and reconciliation. This also aims to contribute to a tool for the search and identification of the disappeared or missing persons. Heads of relevant organizations in the above districts participated in this program
